A) Yes all items are in stock in our warehouse unlike some other companies we don’t list any items that we don’t have in stock,

A) No sorry we don’t have a walk-in store to keep the cost down we only sell over the internet,

A) NS are part of the DPT Group who have been trading in the leisure industry for over 25 years, We are based in Liverpool in a 30,000sq ft warehouse and hold all items in stock,

A)Standard 2-3 day delivery with Royal mail is free on all orders, Next working day delivery with a courier is £3.95

A) All order shipped with standard delivery 2-3 days all orders shipped with a courier are next if the order is received before 12am

A) Yes when your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number and the courier’s details,

A) Sorry no we must ship to the card holders address
Q) What happens if my order is damaged in transit?
A) Every order is fully insured for damage you must contact us within 24 hours and provide an image, outside this time we cannot make acclaim with the courier company, We will arrange to have the goods collected and replaced,

A) Delivery will be attempted twice, After this the goods will be returned to us, Redelivery charge of £8.99 will charged for the parcel to be sent out again,

A) If you have a faulty item or have been sent an item in error we will refund the cost of the item and the postage and return postage once the item has been returned,
Q) Can I return an item?
A) Subject to your right to cancel a contract within 7 working days we only accept returns on faulty items or items that have been sent in error our restocking and administration charge is £20 for any item that is not faulty or has been sent in error.
